hi, i'm a new comer thats trying to break in the realestate business i'm located in the alabama region. i want to renovate homes and keep them for monthly income but my credit is a mess. i'm looking for a lender that will help me to get my first deal and that doesn't base on credit score. i do all my own construction work and i can renovate homes very quickly. i want to do as many deals a month that i can. my price range for the homes i want are from $5.000 to $20.000 i can renovate these homes and put them on section 8 or i can resale them. if you are a lender that will work with me on this venture please let me know asap.
