There is a property i am looking at on the foreclosure listing page. it is confusing because the site says properties listed as foreclosures are post aution, yet this property has an aution date of 10/18/09. now that in and of itself isa little because that is a sunday, and i don;t believe any state holds public autions on sunday. the contact info says: See below on how to buy a home from HUD but the links are not very helpful. the additional information says. FHA Financing:Insured with Repair Escrow (IE), 203K Eligible:Yes, Property Available for Bidding (Owner Occupant Priority), Repair paint
i am assuming this is a hud sale and possible 10/18 is the last day to submit offers. if so how do i find the realtor to submit the offer for me.
