Please provide feedback for those who already tried making a loan for this company. I am also interested in making a loan and I want to make sure that I am in the right path before making a decision.

Just want to let you know that I have been scammed by this company. They promised me in a legal Loan Agreement to lend my business a certain amount with no upfront fees. The wrapped the closing costs into the loan, which worked great for me. BUT - they wanted me to open an account with a bogus bank and deposit 1800+ into the account. I wouldn't do it. To make this much shorter they asked me to pay a wiring fee of $300 (10 times the amount any bank charges to wire money anywhere). I had several properties under contract with deposits totalling over $8000 (deposits are non-refundable). I went ahead and sent them $300 via Western Union (that charge cost me $50) and still I have no loan. Two days ago I called with a demand to send my funds forthwith, and .. can you believe that they wanted another $250??? I knew at this point they were insane and fraudulent because any company that had any respect for their client, and a willingness to make things right, would have bent over backwards to make things right with the client and do so quickly. So ... Investors & Buyers Beware! I lost my deposits and couldn't follow through with my purchases. I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission, the Dept. of Real Estate, and to all authorities necessary to put them and their attorney out of business and behind bars, unless some miracle happens ... and they not only wire me the loan funds, they also need to reimburse me for my losses.

Thanks,
I personally would not have dealt with a company like this since it is promising world without delivering anything,

Which company in their right mind would give money without looking at the profile of the borrower? ( some did and see what they did of world economy)

Secondly any company that wants to take money from you to give you money is a scam anyways.

Beware of Thrifty Loans or Thrifty Funds

Do not do business with them. These people are scam artists! Only do business with Lenders you know & clear through the Federal Trade Commission. Also report scams to Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Protection Agencies & American Bar Association or UK Solicitors Association. They offer loans with no upfront fees (haha) but snag you after wasting precious time signing contracts then asking you to open bank account depositing YOUR money into account or sending them exorbitant closing fees prior to funding.

Individuals, Entrepreneurs - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THRIFTY LOANS OR THRIFTY FUNDS, OR ANYONE promising you a loan with "upfront fees" or even "no upfront fees," especially if the company you are dealing with is in another country. This was not the Nigeria scam. This company supposedly does business in the UK. It was not until loan closing, that I learned they expected me to open a new bank account and deposit a certain amount of my own money, before they transfer their "FUNDS." Also, BEWARE of ANYONE asking you to send a "WIRE FEE" to receive your loan. THRIFTY LOANS and/or THRIFTY FUNDS scammed me to the tune of $8,380.00 as a result of trusting our Signed Agreement for a Loan (with no upfront fees) that never happened. I had 8 properties under contract with $8,000 in Deposits for each property. I was asked to send a "wire fee" of $350. The fee for wiring any amount of money anywhere in the world costs no more than $30. I was verbally told and then I signed a written Agreement stating "there were no upfront fees." I was SCAMMED at closing. I share this SO OTHERS, ESPECIALLY NEW INVESTORS, don't have to lose THEIR MONEY, REPUTATION, and TIME on THIEVES.
